I am not a (small) business owner but I sincerely hope that this will make a significant difference in our economy and our lives. I'm a working college student and I spend a large percent of my income on gas, simply going from class to work to home and back again. Hopefully at least one of our governmental workers will heed our pleas and actually do something in our favor. Maybe this is a start to Americans waking up and realizing that together we can all make a difference and rid our government of corruption and exploitation.
