Eugene Hickman, 54, was arrested on Saturday after his grandson saw him nude in the bedroom on top of the family's 3-year-old female bulldog, reports the Northwest Florida Daily News.Hickman reportedly didn't deny it, according to the arrest report.
And he told the Walton County Sheriff's deputy he knew it was wrong and wouldn't do it again.
