A few too many drinks led to some bad decisions, and ultimately, jail time for Matthew Clemmens.The 21-year-old New Jersey native was sentenced to three months in jail after intentionally vomiting on a police officer and his daughters at a Philadelphia Phillies game.
In Philadelphia Family Court, both Clemmens and his father apologized for his actions. Although Judge Kevin Dougherty believed the father's apology, he felt Matthew's mea culpa was insincere, The Associated Press reported.
Clemmens' family explained to the judge that he was a good person who had a lapse in judgment
In addition to the jail time, Clemmens also got two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.
