Michael Ireland was seated at Cheetah Nightclub on Sept. 28, 2008, when he was struck "suddenly and without warning" in the face with the leg or foot by exotic dancer Sakeena Shageer. Now he's suing the club and dancer.
Twenty-eight-year-old Shageer - also known by her stage name "Suki" - is a registered exotic dancer in Palm Beach County.
Ireland's lawyer says the kick may have been unintentional and accidental -- but nonetheless Ireland, a local businessman, was seriously injured. He suffered broken bones around his eye and in his nose and now has permanent double vision. Ireland's had one surgery and will have to have another.Click HERE for the story
